The Ballarat Street project involved a two-level extension and internal alterations, designed to create a private retreat in the treetops for the homeowners. The first-floor extension includes a new main bathroom, kitchen, butler’s pantry, and a spacious entertaining area. The second level is dedicated to the parents’ retreat, featuring a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite, all opening onto a private balcony with views of Mount Coot-tha.
