The design and planning stage is crucial to ensuring a seamless, stress free construction stage that is delivered on time and within budget. If you already have plans, that’s great you already have a head start, if not that’s fine too. To commence the design and planning stage, both us and the designer will meet with you to discuss your design brief in detail. Bringing together the expertise of a builder and designer ensures the process is on track to achieving your design needs and expectations within budget from the very beginning.

One of the most exciting steps in the planning stage is the selections process. You will have the opportunity to choose items such as floor coverings, paints, cabinets, splash backs, cladding, fixtures, windows, tiling and much more. For some this can also be an overwhelming stage, which is why we have a process in place with specialist consultants and all our suppliers, so we can provide you with support and guidance where needed.  All of these selections will then be specified in the schedule and the budget estimate will be adjusted accordingly. Only once you are totally satisfied with the design outcome do we move on to the next stage of finalising the building and site-related costs.

An outstanding amount of work goes into the design and planning stage, but this is essential to ensure the construction stage is as cohesive as possible. It will also ensure you can relax during the construction stage and simply enjoy your project being brought to life by our talented team.



We provide a detailed breakdown of all building costs, scope of work and any optional features or inclusions for your consideration and approval. We then take your design through the entire local council approval process and fulfil all requirements to obtain the appropriate planning and building approvals. Nothing is missed, every detail is considered and we leave nothing to chance.


Before building works kick off, we are there to coordinate all pre-construction work, including demolition, if required, and to plan out each phase of your project. You will be given your own login to access to our online system that we work from daily, which will house all the information for your project, including our schedule and real-time information logged by our site supervisor.

Throughout the entire construction process we ensure that all of our quality standards are met and that the workmanship is exceptional. We will keep you fully informed and engaged every step of the way and provide regular updates on progress. We are always on hand to answer any questions you may have to ensure a smooth and stress-free building experience.


Upon completion of the construction, we will meet onsite to go over the completed work. Any concerns raised here will be promptly rectified prior to your official handover. We will meet again for the official handover where you will receive your keys and final certifications. We offer twelve month maintenance inspections along with six years structural warranty. We are dedicated to customer care, and our team works to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment long after handover.
