The Waterview Ave project involves the house raise and extensive renovation of a classic Queenslander home, distinguished by its character overlay. This undertaking marks our largest house raise to date, elevating the existing structure by 4.2 meters. The enhanced space now includes two spacious bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, powder room, laundry, and garage. The new construction seamlessly integrates with the original home’s aesthetic, featuring beautiful Hoop pine floors, VJ internal linings, intricate timber detailing, and original stained glass windows.
